At Makeaholic, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently while maintaining quality and control over logistics. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high demand or sale periods, processing may take longer


Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or applied as a flat rate

  • Any promotional free shipping is subject to change without notice


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and be available to receive it


Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

  • We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect details provided by the customer


Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times

  • If the order is not accepted or delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges


Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are processed or shipped

  • Requests for changes must be made immediately after placing the order


Partial Deliveries

  • In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages

  • This does not qualify for refund or cancellation


Acceptance of Order

Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully delivered, and no disputes regarding non-receipt will be entertained.
