Overview

At Makeaholic, each product is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in specific cases outlined below.


No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect selection of product

  • Minor variations in color, design, or appearance (due to screen differences)

All sales are considered final once the order is placed.


Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer a replacement (not refund) if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or

  • You receive a wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase, or

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
